Welcome to our class page, we work hard and have lots of fun in class and we hope to share some of that with you.
Class information:
- It is important that your child reads at home through the week. Children can log into their bug club account at home to access their books. Please make a comment in their reading records and return it to school every Friday.
- PE every Tuesday afternoon – please wear your PE kit to school.
- Snack £1.50 per week
We started the year thinking about the rights of a child and chose the ones we felt were important to us create our class charter. We were inspired by Picasso to create self portraits of ourselves as even though we are all different we all are important in our classroom.
Every day we use the four core purposes in our learning. We like to complete work for each of our seagulls so we can develop lots of different skills.
This term our big question is….
Are we lucky to come to school?
We are learning about the lives children in Wales have had in the past to help us decide. We have been learning about the different jobs children have had including working in the coal mines in South Wales and hope to use this information in different ways to help us come to a conclusion.
